Soi, the Women Writers' Association of West Bengal are happy to announce that the next Soi-Mela, Boi-Mela is taking place on the 6th and 7th of January, 2018 at Sisir Manch, Kolkata. The theme of our festival this time is Creative Women Against Violence. There will be discussions, debates and cultural performances on this theme.
